Teething

Teething is a painful process for your baby. Teething will start from around 6 months and continue until your baby gets their full set of teeth at around 3 years old. Teething pain begins with the teeth moving about in the gums to get into the right position before they appear. This will happen before you see any obvious signs, such as a lump in your baby's gum or the tooth cutting through, so it is important to look out for other symptoms of teething too. Common baby teething symptoms include loose stools, runny nose, excessive dribbling, red cheeks and putting anything and everything in their mouth. Also, a teething baby will show signs of teething pain by crying and being more clingy than normal. However, always check any changes in your baby's behaviour or health with your Doctor or healthcare advisor.
